We have created a Solidarity & Benefactor commission whose role it is to support local and solidary projects (societal, social, humanitarian, cultural, sports-related). We support dozens of projects every year.
All MAISON CADIOU’s activities are based on Locronan in the Finistère area. As such, we are extremely active in local job creation. In 2021, we hired 29 work-study trainees and signed 75 permanent contracts.
Cadiou is also an active member of the CREPI Finistère - with Emmanuelle Cadiou as its chairwoman. What is the CREPI? They are regional clubs for companies working on professional integration. There are CREPIs throughout France, which means anyone looking for assistance in social integration can be sponsored by employees, organise immersion days in companies and often end up with a job! Every year, CADIOU employees sponsor job-seekers to assist them in their hunt.
